The company Dada Sport (as defined in Article 1 below), operating under the brand name Dada Sport offers horse riding apparels and outfits for sale on its website www.dadasport.com, on its future mobile applications and soon in its physical shops.

In order to offer for sale, sell and deliver its products, Dada Sport collects personal data from users of its website, mobile applications and customers when making purchases at physical points of sale.

The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform users of the means used to collect, access, process and store users' personal data

Dada Sport as controller, undertakes to comply with the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data.

The customer is informed that some data must be collected by Dada Sport in order to be able to carry out its services. If the customer does not wish to provide this data, Dada Sport will not be able to perform its services.

Dada Sport collects users' personal data on the www.dadasport.com website, on its mobile applications and when shopping in stores Dada Sport.

The personal data that may be collected are as follows:

- user account data: i.e. the data that the User fills in when creating an account by completing the registration form (first name, last name, billing and delivery postal addresses, email address, mobile phone number, password for connecting to the customer account);
- user's personal data when entering them in his customer account: date of birth;

Data relating to payment methods (credit card number, expiry date, authorisation number, security code) are collected directly by our service providers Stripe and Paypal.

Third party providers of applications, tools, gadgets and plug-ins on our website and mobile applications, as well as networks on which we publish editorial and promotional content (such as Facebook and Instagram) may also use automated means, related to interests and context, to collect user data (interactions with online activity functions and profiling). This data is collected directly by these service providers and/or third parties and is subject to their policies. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dada Sport is not responsible for the practices of these providers and third parties.

3. Purposes of collecting personal data

The Data collected as part of the use of the application site or in the physical shops are processed for the purposes described in the table below.

The subcontractors of Dada Sport may have access to data collected for:

Dada Sport may also share the personal data of customers with a customer account in its physical stores. Their access is limited to orders placed by the customer.

5. Users' rights to their personal data

In accordance with Articles 14 to 22 of Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, any natural person using the website of Dada Sport (www.dadasport.com) or mobile applications has the right to exercise the following rights:

6. Transfer of personal data outside the European Union

The personal data of the clients of Dada Sport may be transferred to the company's foreign subsidiaries Dada Sport SAS so that these customers can benefit from the same experience in future shops or websites Dada Sport located abroad. Payment service providers

Payment for purchases on the website and on our mobile applications is made either via Paypal or via the secure platform of our payment service provider Stripe.

Dada Sport does not have access to customers' payment data.

However, the user can choose to save his payment card data in his customer account. This data is not stored with Dada Sportbut from Stripe and/or Paypal. The user can modify or delete these bank details at any time by logging into his customer account.
