Customer account

How to create an account

To create a Dada Sport account and enjoy all the benefits, here are the steps to follow:
On computer: click on the my account section represented by a silhouette at the top right of the home page. Then click on create an account and follow the instructions
On the phone: at the top left of the home page, click on the three lines. Then click on login and then create an account.

I lost my password

Simply click on “forgot password”
You will then receive an email allowing you to reset your password.

I can't connect to my personal space

If you created your personal space before October 27, 2023, it is necessary to reactivate it.
To do this, you can send an email to happy@dadasport.com or contact us on the chat.

I would like to find an invoice

To find your purchase history, log in to your space.
From the home page, click on the silhouette at the top right of your screen. You will find all your orders here, just find the corresponding order and click on “download”.

Order

I wish to modify or cancel an order

Once your order has been validated, it will no longer be possible to modify it.
However, rest assured, you have 14 days to request a return and these are free.

I did not receive an order confirmation email

If you have not received an order confirmation email, please check your SPAM folder.
If you still don't have an email, you can write to us at happy@dadasport.com and we will check that your order has been taken into account.

How to track my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
You can also find it by logging into your space, under my account. Click on the corresponding order: your tracking number and the associated carrier are displayed.

I have a problem with my order, what should I do?

My order status has not changed for three days
First of all, don't hesitate to check your SPAM to see if we have already tried to contact you.
If this is not the case, we invite you to write to us at this address happy@dadasport.com

I have not received my order

If your package has not arrived, we invite you to contact us specifying your order number by email at this address happy@dadasport.com
We will take the necessary steps with the supplier to initiate an investigation and will keep you informed.

I haven't heard from my order for a few days.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. The tracking may take a few hours to update, while our carrier collects your order. If you do not receive this email within 3 working days after placing your order, do not hesitate to contact customer service at happy@dadasport.com


My package is indicated as delivered but I have not received anything
First of all, rest assured that sometimes the tracking indicates the delivery of a package that is still on its way.
If you have nothing, we invite you to first check your home and your neighbors or any other person who may have received your package.

Payment

What payment methods are available?

You can pay for your order by:
- bank card with secure payment
- Paypal: your application will open automatically to finalize the payment
- Alma: for deferred payment and/or payment in several installments
- Apple pay
- Gift card: simply enter the code directly in your shopping cart to benefit from the reduction

I can't complete my payment

If you encounter difficulties when paying for your order, do not hesitate to try the operation again with another means of payment. I would like to use a gift card or credit

To use a gift card or credit, enter the code in the “gift card or discount code” field.
The amount of your voucher will be deducted automatically.

Returns and Refunds

Return policy
Returns are possible for 14 days from receipt of your order.
Please make sure to keep the original packaging, labels and that your item is not damaged or stained.


How to make a return
To make a return, log in to your customer area. In the my account section, click on “request a return”
Then let yourself be guided. You will then receive your return label by email.


I have not received my return label
First of all, we invite you to check your SPAM. If you still have not received your label, contact us by email at happy@dadasport.com

How long will it take to receive my refund?
Your refund will be triggered within 48 hours (working days) upon receipt of your returned package.
However, if you have no trace of a refund within 10 working days of receipt, do not hesitate to write to us at happy@dadasport.com


I wish to exchange an item
Exchanges are not available for a purchase on our online store; we invite you to request a return by following this link:

You can then choose between a credit or a refund and order the correct item.


My item has a defect, what should I do?
If you receive an item with a defect, we invite you to request a return by following this link:

Check the reason “my item is defective” and add photos.
Our team will contact you to offer you a solution.


How long do I have to request a return?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to return an item to us. Make sure to keep its original packaging, its label and that it is not damaged or stained.
